At J.A.D.E.S. Galleria, all our gowns are made-to-order. To ensure ample time for
creation and delivery, we recommend placing your order at least 8-12 months
before your wedding day.

Once you receive your dress, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and keeping it in a garment bag to prevent damage. We also suggest consulting a professional cleaner experienced in bridalwear for cleaning after the wedding.

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring one close friend or family member to support you during your appointment. To preserve the comfort and intimacy of the experience, attendance is limited to the bride and one adult guest. Children are not permitted.
