Because our gowns are custom-made, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, refunds, or deposit transfers.

Absolutely! We welcome you to bring a few close friends or family members to support you in finding your perfect dress. To ensure a comfortable experience, we kindly ask that you limit your group to three adults and refrain from bringing children.
