Deneen Douglas knows what it feels like to stand in front of a mirror and wish for something more. As a plus size teenager, shopping for clothes often meant disappointment—stores didn’t carry her size, styles weren’t designed with her in mind, and moments that should have been joyful, like prom, became battles with self-consciousness. She almost didn’t go at all.

But what once felt like heartbreak has become her greatest inspiration. Today, as a plus size woman and designer, Deneen has transformed that pain into purpose—creating bridal and evening wear that empowers others to feel seen, celebrated, and stunning.

That vision gave birth to J.A.D.E.S. Galleria: a brand built on the belief that beauty is not defined by size, but by confidence, authenticity, and joy. Each gown is designed by blending timeless sophistication with fresh, unexpected details that celebrate every curve.
